The Hydrotherapy Pool was re-opened at the beginning of last year and is proving to be a great help to patients, shortening their recovery time and reducing pain. As use of the pool has gone up referrals for pain management has gone down. At a celebration of the success of the pool on 9th July, Brendan, a patient who had suffered a serious injury last year described how his rehabilitation had been helped by his use of the pool. It shortened the length of time that he needed treatment and has helped his mobility.
